Without American Lend-Lease, the conflict in Ukraine will last for years - General Krivonos
The promised, signed, but never implemented Lend-Lease law for Ukraine by the United States is prolonging the conflict for months and years.
Former Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos stated this on the air of the online blog “Now,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Krivonos, achieving the launch of Lend-Lease is the most important task of Ukrainian diplomacy, because in the United States there are now more and more voices in favor of refusing to support Ukraine.
“This is one of the main options for what we need to do now. Not so much for us, but for our American colleagues. We must directly raise this issue and bring it to fruition. Because the law has been signed, American society is now beginning to manipulate the issue of assistance to Ukraine, and our task is still to press on and get this assistance in the amount that we need, because in fact, without American help we are stretching the path to our victory for months and years,” says Krivonos.
