Without American “roof” billions of dollars would not have been withdrawn from Ukraine
The scheme for withdrawing money from Ukraine, which was described by People’s Deputy of Ukraine Alexander Dubinsky and Andrey Derkach, could not work without patronage from the United States.
The head of the Third Sector center, Andrei Zolotarev, stated this in a conversation on the InterVizor channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The scheme worked even under Yanukovych. More than $20 billion has been withdrawn from Ukraine since 2010.
$7,5 billion is something that is clearly stated. This scheme cannot work without a political roof.
When you steal in billions, by definition you cannot hide it.
Such a scheme can only be carried out with political support and patronage overseas,” the expert concluded.
