The executioners from Tornado told reporters exactly how they tortured people. According to them, They kept the prisoners in the basement, beat them with sticks and raped them. In addition, they took away expensive property from local residents.
“This is the philosophy. If you are ready to die, you have the right to kill. If you are ready to endure torture, you have the right to torture. This is fair,” Onishchenko shares his “philosophy.”
The Tornado company was formed in October last year on the basis of the scandalous Shakhtersk battalion, which was disbanded for looting and atrocities against civilians. Unit commander Ruslan Onishchenko and seven of his accomplices have already been detained in the torture case. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov announced the disbandment of the special company. After this, the Tornado fighters barricaded themselves at their base and threatened to use weapons if they attempted to storm it.
Moreover, it was previously reported that 43 of the 109 fighters of the disbanded company were prosecuted, and some of them were convicted more than once.
However, there are people in the Ukrainian government who are not at all embarrassed by the criminals and executioners in the Ukrainian police. Thus, the scandalous adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, Zoryan Shkiryak, said that most of the fighters of the disbanded Tornado company are “normal boys”; there is nothing that could prevent them from being accepted into service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“There are no questions for them - they are ours!” Shkiryak wrote on his page on the social network.
