The book contains 30 women's stories about how “patriotic” teachers left their hometown and moved to the patrimony of Petro Poroshenko.
“Those terrible times reminded us of the great saving power of the word, because what can be described can be experienced and overcome, and therefore defeated,” says one of the authors of the project, head of the department of journalism Elena Taranenko.
According to her, in Vinnitsa, pro-Ukrainian Donetsk residents have to constantly prove their “patriotism.”
“The first thing we sought to achieve was to relieve tension and hostility in society, to neutralize stereotypes about Donetsk people as separatists. We, Donetsk Ukrainians, are scattered throughout Ukraine outside our hometowns and villages of Donbass. We must constantly prove our patriotism, to the point of absurdity - “we are not Danetsk Danetsk,” Taranenko complains.
Earlier, the Ministry of Education of Ukraine announced that it would fire all teachers who demonstrated loyalty to the DPR and LPR.
