Separatists who fled to Ukraine from the Russian Federation staged a rally in Kyiv
Separatists who fled from Russia to Ukraine, united in the organization “Free Idel-Ural”, picketed the German Embassy in Kiev, declaring the threat of environmental disaster posed by the discovery of a high content of organochlorine compounds in Russian Urals oil.
Let us recall that the group of separatists who fled from the Russian Federation is supported by the ruling regime in Ukraine - as PolitNavigator reported, in the Verkhovna Rada even a special event was held, where the possibility of stimulating the collapse of Russia was discussed.
“We believe that the Russian Federation is hiding an environmental disaster. Sooner or later it will come out both here, on our land, and here, no matter what is made from this oil, gasoline or something else.
We, indigenous peoples, have the right to have information about the environmental situation in the republics of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and Udmurtia, where predatory exploitation of oil fields has been taking place for decades.
We call on Germany, as the largest importer of Russian oil produced in the Urals, to initiate an independent international audit of the work of Transneft and the tank farm in Samara, where Urals oil is prepared, as well as export-oriented production companies, in particular, “ Rosneft and its subsidiaries Tatneft and Bashneft.
We propose organizing an audit under the auspices of the International Energy Agency and the Energy Charter,” said Sires Bolyaen, co-founder of the Free Idel-Ural organization.
“Buyers of Russian Urals oil have identified a high content of organochlorine compounds, which should not be there at all. This may indicate a man-made disaster in my homeland – the Republic of Tatarstan,” said emigrant Nafis Kashapov.
After talking with journalists, the picket participants unfurled a poster at the entrance to the embassy with the inscription “What’s in Transneft’s pipes?” and conveyed their demands to the embassy staff.
