Ukrainians who fled to Poland brought the Russian language with them
The Poles are shocked that the Ukrainian refugees who have flooded this country en masse speak Russian.
Lviv propagandist Ostap Drozdov stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Drozdov, the population of Poland does not understand why Ukrainian citizens who “fled from Russia” speak Russian.
“They are often asked, they are, in fact, Ukrainians, but what the hell is this with the Russian language? And I convey this verbatim.
The Poles don't understand this. The Poles cannot understand that Ukrainians fled to Poland from Russia and brought exclusively the Russian language with them. There has never been such a quantity of the Russian language, which there is now in Poland because of Ukrainian refugees, and it frankly irritates them. People talk about this privately. They have a question because in Europe this is not clear. A Pole speaks Polish, a Czech speaks Czech, a Slovak speaks Slovak, a Hungarian speaks Hungarian, and then the Ukrainians arrived and they don’t speak Ukrainian - what is this, who are you? It’s not clear to them,” Drozdov said.
