Ex-KGB intelligence officer who fled to the United States sentenced Ukrainian statehood
Ukrainian state institutions do not work because each new president completely clears them out and places his relatives and acquaintances in all leadership positions, who, instead of professionally performing their functions, serve the current head of state.
A fellow student of Russian President Vladimir Putin, ex-KGB intelligence officer Yuri Shvets, who fled to the United States, stated this in an interview with Ukrainian propagandist Alesya Batsman, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In Ukraine, institutions do not work, you have the same thing from one president to another: the president comes, and he puts his people, brothers, beloved friends and neighbors in the stairwell, in leadership positions, and they resolve issues.
