Refugees in Donetsk help militias (PHOTO)
Donetsk, October 09 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – Human suffering is an ever-present companion of war: it is always destruction, always tears and fear. And the product of any war is refugees. In Donetsk, these unfortunate people from different regions of Donbass are placed in hostels or boarding houses.

For refugees, such assistance is a very significant help. One of these hostels was visited by the member of the Novorossiya parliament Oksana Bevtsyk: with her assistants she brought another humanitarian aid to refugees.
“Families with children live here - there are 15 of them aged from 4 months. Therefore, we decided to bring a steamer so that mothers could cook delicious porridge for their children. And, of course, what this porridge is made from - 100 kg of cereals - millet and pearl barley. Just what you can feed the kids in the morning before school. After all, it’s easier to study on a full stomach,” said Oksana Bevtsyk.
Oddly enough, the children love it here. They smile and are in a good mood. Maybe because there is a place to play, or maybe there are just a lot of people, and together it’s somehow more fun.
Adults in this situation also do not lose heart and try to be useful and help each other. For example, a woman living here from Gorlovka, Lyudmila. She is constantly in the kitchen, cooking for all 50 people, and her neighbor Marina cuts linen for the militia.
Marina spoke about her attitude to what was happening: “DPR, Novorossiya for us is like a child who suffered through suffering. You can’t imagine how high it all was in Gorlovka! On the day of the referendum, the spirit of the holiday was simply in the air. I don’t remember such a holiday in my entire life. People were happy. And we could never have imagined how tragic everything would turn out. Therefore, we have only one request to you: Novorossiya must live!”
