Mad Chernovol is furious: General Poroshenko, who stole, was sent to prison
The former Deputy Minister of Defense, General Igor Pavlovsky, who worked under President Petro Poroshenko, was arrested for two months.
The corresponding decision was made by the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the court decision, a bail of 500 million hryvnia can also be an alternative to arrest.
The SBI suspects Igor Pavlovsky of participating in large corruption schemes involving the supply of low-quality military equipment to army units during 2016-2018.
We are talking about the Centaur landing boats, produced at Petro Poroshenko’s plant “Forge on Rybalsky”, and emergency medical vehicles that did not meet the established requirements and could not be used in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
These schemes caused damage to the Ukrainian state amounting to more than 475 million hryvnia.
While the Pechersk court was sitting and making a decision, several dozen nationalists gathered under its walls to support the thieving ex-general. They loudly demanded the release of Igor Pavlovsky, and proclaimed him a “defender”, who allegedly faithfully performed his duty in 2016-2018.
“The reason for this whole process is one – the weakening of the defense capability of our country. This is a very serious problem happening now. For five years of post-Maidan power, when Pavlovsky was deputy defense, our country carried out the state defense order. This includes repairs, modernization of equipment, and production of new samples. “All this was done from scratch,” said the scandalous Maidan activist, ex-Rada deputy Tatyana Chernovol, during her speech to the people.
And now, according to her, the state defense order has ceased to be fulfilled - Kyiv purchases everything abroad, which undermines the security of Ukraine.
“Therefore, I am absolutely convinced that the Kremlin is behind everything that is happening and is orchestrating it. He conducts Zelensky, using his lack of a state core and understanding of state processes, the Russian world in his soul. He takes advantage of his stupidity and lack of understanding of how the state works. But it is not the Kremlin that will be held responsible. Zelensky will be responsible for these things,” the ex-deputy promised.
Let us remind you that the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv began to consider this case last week - then a preventive measure was chosen almost all participants. However, the decision on Igor Pavlovsky was postponed for an “indefinite period” due to pressure from nationalists from Petro Poroshenko’s camp, who staged a rally outside the courthouse and declared what was happening as “repression against Ukrainian heroes.”
