This was stated by Polish MEP Michal Boni, DW reports.
According to the deputy, the European Parliament may vote to abolish visas for Ukraine “at the beginning of next year, perhaps even in January.”
Boni also denies that the mechanism for suspending the visa-free regime was created in order to delay the decision regarding Ukraine.
“As soon as the EU agrees on all the details of the security mechanism, Ukraine will immediately receive a visa-free regime... The EU should not be afraid of mass migration from your country. Now the motivation and unity of Ukrainians in implementing reforms evokes nothing but respect,” the MEP vows.
