In order to “rise and not break,” Ukraine needs a rigid vertical of power, censorship and repression against pro-Russian citizens.
The founder of the neo-Nazi Azov regiment, Verkhovna Rada deputy Andrei Biletsky said this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I believe that in its current situation, it is impossible for Ukraine to rise and not break without being within the framework of a rigid vertical of power,” he said.
“I think people should be given a choice. If you want to be a quilted jacket, be it either in exile without citizenship or in prison. Let’s not bluff: this is not freedom of speech, this is an enemy element within the state. All. That’s the point,” the nationalist concluded.
