ATO veterans returning from the war in Donbass are often left alone with their problems in civilian life and “drowse out” these problems with vodka.

The ex-commander of the Azov regiment, leader of the National Corps, Andrei Biletsky, stated this on the air of the talk show “Hard with Vlashchenko”.
According to him, in Ukraine, unlike developed Western countries, there is only one method of socializing veterans - vodka.
“We must clearly understand that in a country where hundreds of thousands of people went through the ATO, not all of these people have some kind of moral character or mental health after the past, so that such things do not happen. In America and France it is a gigantic industry to return these people to society. And what is being done in Ukraine to reintegrate these people - vodka. I know only one way - vodka. It does not greatly contribute to the normal integration of these people,” Biletsky said.
