Tickets for Eurovision in Kyiv are being snapped up by speculators, but the hall is unlikely to be filled
Tickets for Eurovision 2017 can no longer be bought, and, most likely, they were snapped up by scalpers. Vadim Lisitsa, producer of the Ukrainian singer Alyosha, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I have many friends, they know that I am somehow related to Eurovision, they call and say: listen, we want to get tickets. I say: what? - And they are no longer there. I have a feeling that some resellers are doing this. He can’t take it so suddenly and sell,” he said.
Yana Pryadko, former concert director of singer Ruslana, confirms the machinations of speculators.
“Tickets are released in batches, so they will be released in several stages,” she explains. “But we definitely have resellers,” because on many websites tickets are already sold at several times the price. I also have many friends who wanted to buy tickets, and they bought them - they joined the electronic queue, bought tickets for the finals, semi-finals, rehearsals.”
Thus, it cannot be said that there is now a rush demand for tickets, says Vadim Lisitsa.
“That is, I would not say that there is now a wild rush in ticket sales. A certain batch was put up for sale and they bought it. But these are not all tickets, so we cannot say that our hall will be full. It will probably be full for the finals, but it’s unclear for the semi-finals,” he says.
