Russia no longer has restrictions that prevented it from striking the decision-making centers, military and political leadership of Ukraine.
Political scientist Andrei Zolotarev stated this on Alexander Shelest’s video blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Zolotarev, Russia is inflicting more serious attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities than before, due to attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Russian border, oil refineries and oil depots in the rear.
