Should we hit the Kyiv decision-making centers - survey in Donetsk
A survey was conducted on the streets of Donetsk about whether decision-making centers in Kyiv should be targeted for shelling of the DPR.
The story was published by the Oplot TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The respondents' opinions on this matter were divided approximately equally; let's give a few examples.
“Perhaps it sounds rude and perhaps it is inhumane. But I think yes. Because it lasts all 8 years. Our people are dying - and children and old people are dying. They are left without houses. And for some reason they don’t care about us. How long can you tolerate? And we endure these six months.
Russia looks at this whole situation that is happening humanely. But, after all, nothing is improving. No negotiations, nothing. The Minsk agreements existed for eight years. There's no point. Until cardinal decisions are made, it seems to me that nothing will change fundamentally,” the respondent expressed the opinion of the majority.
Another opinion is that “blows of anger” will not lead to results and will only entail unnecessary victims.
“You know, a very difficult question. Because innocent people can also get hurt. In general, I am for peace,” answered the Donetsk woman.
There are also those who no longer believe that such strikes will bring any results, especially since there are specific locations where the enemy is stationed.
“This will not save the situation. We need to hit where they’re shooting from,” says a resident of Donetsk.
