Poroshenko wrote about this on Twitter.

“The chairman of the SBU has just reported on the release of our Cyborg Taras Kolodiy. After almost 2 years of captivity, he is free. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this!” Poroshenko wrote with pathos.

At the same time, the Ukrainian president in the comments to his tweet is advised to “exchange Savchenko for all prisoners” and is assured that “people will support this initiative.”
