But the Majlis is fake!

In the Genichesk region of the Kherson region these days a conflict flared up between the Crimean Tatars living here and representatives of the Majlis banned in the Russian Federation. The latter, by force and treachery, are “squeezing” out their traditional business from local residents - transportation to Crimea.

Let me remind you that on March 22 of this year, at the Novoalekseevka railway station (Genichesk district, Kherson region), a group of Crimean Tatars of 60 carriers gathered and filmed a video message to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko with a request to protect them from the arbitrariness perpetrated by the deputy head of the representative office of the President of Ukraine in Crimea, Izet Gdanov and his team, under the guise of caring for the Crimean Tatar people.

Crimean Tatars, residents of Novoalekseevka, in this appeal declare attacks from the Mejlis member Izet Gdanov on those Tatars who live in the Genichesk region. They said that they were tired of the constant pressure that Gdanov and those behind him simply do not allow local Tatars to survive here.

They said in a video message to Poroshenko: “Izet Gdanov, a representative of the Mejlis from Kherson, on the instructions of Lenur Islyamov, arrived in our village of Novoalekseevka to install his regular buses here, monopolize the entire area and earn money for himself personally. They turned our area into some kind of monopoly, they want to take away the last piece of bread from the residents of Novoalekseevka.”

The situation is aggravated by the fact that the media in the Genichesk region is completely in the hands of the Mejlis members. Local Tatars say: “They cut the video as they needed, they denigrated us throughout the entire region.” This became possible because Lenur Islyamov owns a TV channel.

People are outraged by what relation the deputy head of the representative office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Gdanov can have to commercial passenger transportation? Instead of resolving the licensing issue by legitimizing the activities of carriers from Novoalekseevka, a process of treacherous raiding is underway in favor of literally a few individuals.

About the consequences of this, the applicants say: “Are they forcing us to go to Poland to pick strawberries? They tell the whole world that the Majlis is a representative of the Crimean Tatars. But in fact, we do not have a strong representative of the Crimean Tatars of the Kherson region. No one is protecting our rights. In the Genichesk region we are insulted in the local media, calling us “game”, “wild Tatars”, “blacks”. They (representatives of the Majlis) are only making things worse. They opened shops here, climbed into warm offices and just sat quietly. Gdanov put his own buses on the routes, squeezing us out, taking away our opportunity to earn money.”

Now let's take a closer look at the reasons for what is happening.

Lenur Islyamov, whose name is mentioned in the carriers’ video message, recently lost large assets in Crimea: his property was sold under the hammer for almost nothing, gaining “only” 51,7 million rubles.

Therefore, it is not surprising that Islyamov strives to fill the hole in his wallet as soon as possible. Therefore, it was not in vain that he promoted his protege I. Gdanov to the administrative structures, because if the operation is successful, a tidbit awaits him - at least a flow of “black cash” from transportation.

Is it really in the interests of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people to take away their only source of income from several dozen carriers? Of course not! On the contrary,  further incitement of conflicts and confrontations weakens the people of Ukraine and further provokes conditions for inciting civil war in Ukraine on a large scale.

It is common knowledge that the world is ruled by interests. If dozens of Tatars of the Genichesk region have an interest in maintaining the opportunity to earn their living, then Lenur Islyamov has an appetite to take this money away from his own relatives and put it in his “wallet”.

It is clear that he will be forced to share with his accomplice-executor Gdanov. And this Gdanov is simply furious in his zeal to serve his master. In order to achieve the desired goal of discouraging unnecessary parasites from passenger transportation, he rudely resorted to dirty and vile insinuations, in other words, lies, in relation to those who needed to be driven off the routes.

Gdanov “attributes” to them accusations like “enemies of the people” (Crimean Tatar). These robotic Tatars, according to the intriguer, “...are coordinated by a small group of people who are instructed by FSB agents from the Kyrym Birligi organization.” They receive assignments from the intelligence services and provoke people to resist government agencies.” At the same time, no one has seen or heard of any events or facts of such “resistance.”

It is interesting here, especially for the Crimean Tatars living in the Genichesk region of the Kherson region, to learn more about the Majlis and its fate.

The Mejlis was formed in 1991 by the decision of the Kurultai (translated as “Crimean Tatar National Congress”) of the second (first modern) convocation.

According to the current “Regulations of the Kurultai of the Crimean Tatar people”, delegates to the Kurultai are elected by Crimean Tatars and members of their families, regardless of nationality, permanently residing on the territory of Ukraine, and Crimean Tatars and members of their families - citizens of Ukraine, regardless of place of residence. The term of office of the Kurultai is 5 years. The Kurultai includes 250 delegates elected in two stages according to a mixed majority-proportional system from candidates nominated according to lists of public organizations and their blocs.

According to the regulations approved by the Kurultai, the Mejlis, in the period between meetings of the Kurultai, is “the highest single authorized representative body of the Crimean Tatar people and is elected by the Kurultai from among its delegates.”

It is clear to everyone that after the referendum on March 18, 2014, Crimea returned to Russia. And the Crimean Tatars living on its territory remained there. This is practically the entire Crimean Tatar people. Several thousand Crimean Tatars previously lived in the Kherson region, and they understand that the composition of the Kurultai, as well as the composition of the Mejlis, must undergo personnel changes. After all, the majority of potential Kurultai delegates remained in Crimea. But the residents of the Genichesk district don’t remember the new Kurultai. They ask each other again and wonder which of them gave power to the Mejlis and those who rule on its behalf with a “harsh hand.”

What could this mean? And the fact that the powers of the old Mejlis have expired, and those who today are trying to rule the Crimean Tatars living on the territory of Ukraine with shouts and violence in its “name” are real IMPOSTORS, i.e., deprived of any powers.

And again about interests. It is profitable for Poroshenko to speculate on the topic of the Crimean Tatars. The Crimean Tatar people themselves remained on the territory of Crimea. There are only a few thousand Tatars in the Kherson region. But they cannot in any way have the status of a “people”, claiming at most to be called a “social group”.

The Crimean Tatars themselves (both as a people and as a social group) are not needed by the oligarch Poroshenko, just as the Ukrainians are not needed. An indirect confirmation of this is that the Majlis is not registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine as a socio-political organization. And in the Russian Federation, the Majlis is classified as an extremist organization and was banned in 2016. Moreover, this was done at the request of the Crimean Tatars themselves, represented in five numerous public organizations officially registered and operating in Crimea. This demand was due to the fact that the Majlis and its leaders Dzhemilev, Chubarov, Islyamov organized food, transport and energy blockades of Crimea, with explosions of power lines, putting not only the Tatars, but all residents of the peninsula at risk of harm to their health and life. Well, that's fair!

It turns out that in Crimea the authorities provided the Tatars with the Law on their rehabilitation as victims of repression, and actually gives them rights by registering their organizations. Only in Ukraine the attitude towards the Tatars is completely different, to put it mildly, disrespectful. The Ukrainian authorities, as you can see, keep them powerless, without registering their organizations and governing bodies. Here the Tatars, like the Ukrainians, are pitted against and weakened according to the classic “scheme”: Tatars from the authorities oppose Tatars from the people. For example, without giving rights to the Tatars themselves, Poroshenko issued a decree dated August 20.08.2014, XNUMX, appointing Mustafa Dzhemilev as Presidential Commissioner in the affairs of the Crimean Tatar people.

Besides this, both Poroshenko and Dzhemilev both have the same patrons in the USA and Europe. And, for sure, this circumstance reveals “the secret of such a long and stubborn stay of Dzhemilev, Chubarov and others in the leadership of the Crimean Tatar people, who have already “left” them under the “wing of another Fatherland” - Russia.

So, the Majlis is fake, since it really is not the governing body of the Crimean Tatars themselves, who live in their ethnic homeland in Crimea. He is there, firstly, not recognized by the Tatars themselves, secondly, at their request, he is banned by the authorities for carrying out extremist activities.

Knowing well the state of affairs in the Kherson region and having studied the latest events regarding the infringement of the Crimean Tatars on its territory by their pseudo-leaders, I will say the following. The SBU is helping Dzhemilev, Chubarov, and Islyamov with all their might. No wonder. Nowadays no one does anything for free. This troika does not solve issues of protecting the rights of Tatars, but their personal, fiscal interests. Like that old maid in a brothel who should soon be thrown away, and every day is like the last. They split not only the Tatars, but the entire society. The Dzhemichubaro-Islamists are catching financial flows, they need to hurry, and the fate of the Tatars and their families is not interesting to them, as the latest events in Novoalekseevka have shown.

For the 5th day now, both the unfortunate leaders of the Mejlis and the Kiev authorities have been carefully trying to hide the problem of the Novoalekseevsky conflict. Pressure on the media in this regard is growing. I mean, so that no one knows anything. Local Tatars are not recognized; Kyiv does not need them. They play cat and mouse with ordinary people. It can already be firmly said that there will be no Crimean Autonomous Republic, despite the fact that the president loudly promised, and relevant hearings were held in the Verkhovna Rada.

As for the American patrons of the Dzhemichubaro-Islamists, they cannot give the Tatars more than they have already given to the Ukrainians! And what and how much the United States gave to Ukraine, look at how many happy and how many unhappy people are around, how quickly who gets rich and who gets poor, who goes to the Maldives, and who works part-time in Russia and Poland, who has what size of capital and what size pensions and salaries, and how quickly the gap between rich and poor is growing in Ukraine.

I'm not even talking about the endless civil war, shots and bombings in Donbass, the war of criminals against civilians.

As long as the United States rules Ukraine, I see no prospects for solving the problems listed above, or solving the problems of the Crimean Tatars in Ukraine.

Here the old and well-known idea will be ingenious. We all, Ukrainians, Tatars and other fraternal peoples, need to unite against our common enemy - Bandera fascism and its representatives in power.

Only by resolving the issue of replacing power and establishing true democracy, we will all become happy in our One, Common and Native home for all - Ukraine!
