"Who are all these people?" – a question that involuntarily arises when reading the list of Ukrainian legal entities and individuals who are subject to Russian sanctions.

How will economic restrictions against people who do not have business in Russia affect the normalization of Russian-Ukrainian relations? And who is this imitation of the fight against Russophobia aimed at?

According to Petro Poroshenko, those on the list are worthy people, and sanctions are akin to a state award. Moscow gave the Ukrainian authorities another reason to be proud, thereby amusing the pride of Ukrainian marginalized people.

If the goal was to create the appearance of retaliatory measures, but at the same time continue to pursue a peaceful and extremely cautious policy towards the Ukrainians, there is no question.

But if the authors of the list pursued other goals, namely: forcing dialogue and stopping the flow of anti-Russian lies, the attempt failed miserably.

There are practically no media owners on the list. There is one major owner present - Victor Pinchuk. We understand that the main threat of intoxication comes from news television channels, and the outcome of the struggle for the minds of ordinary Ukrainians depends on their agenda.

Why did Igor Kolomoisky, who owns 100% of the shares of TV channels “1+1” and “2+2”, or the owner of the company “Inter Media Group”, which includes the TV channels “Inter”, “K1”, “K2”, “NTN”, escape economic restrictions? ", "Mega", "Enter-Film", "MTV", "Pixel" Dmitry Firtash? The owner of the TV channel “Ukraine” Rinat Akhmetov is also not on the list.

Having real levers of pressure on the media magnates of Ukraine, the Russian Federation will be able to influence the consciousness of the “bad brothers”, and the media, as is known, is the main and most powerful weapon in information wars.

The denazification process is only possible if you have media resources in your hands. It would be useful to recall the experience of post-war Germany, when food stamps were issued after watching films about the atrocities of the German Nazis.

In the meantime, instead of documentary chronicles from the Donbass, or footage of the Odessa Khatyn, Ukrainians will see the anti-Russian nonsense of the collective Nitsa, hatred of Russia will only grow.

Without a shepherd, there is no sheep, and instead of reining in the “shepherds,” the Kremlin is giving the Kyiv authorities another opportunity to justify the economic collapse, civil war and rising gas prices. Russia is to blame for everything - not only did it annex Crimea, it also imposed sanctions against us.

So if information is coming from every Ukrainian iron that we are an aggressor country, why stand on ceremony? Let's live up to these myths! It is impossible to convince, so there is only one way out: to put all Kyiv’s stories into practice: to introduce real sanctions, without fear that they will affect the ordinary people of Ukraine.

On the contrary: everything must be done so that Ukrainians feel the full power of the “aggressor” in action.

And believe me, when the residents of Square face real problems, it will be difficult to convince them that Putin is to blame for everything. The short-sighted and destructive decisions of the Ukrainian authorities for the country are the main reason and explanation for the most stringent restrictive measures that must be implemented immediately.

Starve out - only in this case do we have a chance to bring back the fraternal people and sober up everyone who still blindly believes in the European dream. Any means can be used in the name of a high goal. And in general, being on ceremony with Ukraine is like reading Brodsky to a prostitute before intercourse, strewing the bed with rose petals. Firstly, he is unlikely to appreciate it. And for the money that has been spent on Ukraine over all these years, we can afford any “perversions.” The corrupt and unprincipled deserve toughness, and not long preludes in the form of the recent sanctions list.
