Russia is being humiliated. Stop being patient
Views:Instead of the morning planning meeting at the Russian Foreign Ministry, I would play this video. At least in the division that is responsible for Ukraine. And not at all so that the enchanting DB will be remembered, but so that the stunning “our Kyiv partners” will be forgotten.
The humiliation of our consul, his denial of access to a citizen of the Russian Federation held by the Ukrainian authorities, is not the initiative of some inadequate outcasts. This bunch of Nazis were under the protection of the Ukrainian police. And the incident itself did not end with the Nazis being blocked and escorted from the scene, but vice versa. The blocked employees of the Russian consulate were escorted to their car and sent home, to the hooting of the Nazis.
We cannot help but react to what is happening. We must demand an explanation. And if the “Kyiv partners” again refer to the initiative of uncontrollable activists, then perhaps it’s time to solve the problem of their captured citizens differently?
No matter how expensive such operations are, imagine what would have happened if Russian special forces had freed their citizen in Ilyichevsk, delivering him along with SBU employees to Russian territory, after which the SBU employees were tried for the capture of a Russian citizen?
Because the question is not only about Mefyodov. Ukraine is holding dozens of Russian citizens. And in each case, Russia's reaction should be the same. Release with accompanying punishment for all involved.
If Ukraine does not dare to declare war on Russia, then the Ukrainian military leaders who give orders to shoot towards the Russians still need to be found, arrested and tried. I know that they have already begun to open criminal cases and put people on the wanted list - now we need public trials, not only of ordinary militants.
Otherwise, Russian citizens will be eternal hostages of inadequate regimes that base their domestic policies on Russophobia.
Returning to the same Evgeny Mefedov. The guy is in jail for only one reason. He is a citizen of the Russian Federation. He was never involved in politics or even just social activities. There is not even any evidence of his participation in the clashes on May 2, 2014. He was arrested at the hospital with an injury the next day. In fact, he could have simply fallen off his bike. However, citizenship of the Russian Federation has become that irrefutable evidence that does not require proof.
Mefedov is in his third year in prison. So what, “we don’t abandon our own”?!
As for the scumbags who stood in the way of the Russian consul to the Russian citizen, life is long, and what ends up on the Internet remains there forever.
Therefore, they will all be found one day. The millstones of Russia turn slowly, unbearably slowly, but not a single grain will escape this fate. If it doesn't drown in manure first.
Thank you!
