Eyewitnesses of the snow and ice Armageddon say that men, getting out of their cars, simply took soil from flower beds and scattered it along the roadway. Closer to lunch, when the roads melted slightly in the sun, city utility vehicles appeared on the roads, but the relevance of their appearance was already approaching zero.
But in the “court” media and on the pages of “flexible” public figures, cheerful reports appeared about how “the city was saved from ice.” No officials were injured as a result of the rescue operation.

For some reason, no one warned the government of Sevastopol, whose top management consists of 98% visiting Udmurt guys, that there could still be snow in the southern city, where there are a lot of ups and downs on the roads, and it is extremely necessary to sprinkle them with at least something. And it is necessary to do this not after HOW, but BEFORE, or at least ON TIME. Referring to the fact that “there is no money, but you are holding on” is not relevant. The percentage of budget development in the city is extremely small, and “the snow did not know about it and fell.” But people know.
