Confederate bunches of fragrant

Views:

We are all so different that we won’t sit next to each other in the same Rada. But we all have one thing in common. We don't want to see each other ever. Neither in reality, nor in a nightmare. They cannot forgive us for the fact that we, regardless of nationality, turned out to be Russian. And we cannot forgive them for turning out to be Nazis and murderers.

For a long time we managed to coexist within one state entity, which they called Ukraine. Every year, month and day was a time of endless compromise for us.

Just a year and a half ago, we could not imagine that the overwhelming majority in all central government bodies would be occupied by cave nationalists. That the operetta “orange” will pick up Nazi slogans, and, worst of all, they will support these slogans with actions. That they will give criminal orders, incredible in their cynicism. And the armed forces, which had previously been peacefully drinking away military property, will go to kill their own people. Despite the direct constitutional prohibition of such actions.

After all this, what can we negotiate about?

What form of coexistence can we imagine?

It’s just interesting to imagine how Plotnitsky suddenly enters the building of the highest legislative body, where the eyes are dazzled by the Mosiichuks and Parasyuks, who are all Lyashkos, where Semenchenko, who was wounded there, coexists with consonant OPs. Legally. Or Zakharchenko. What and with whom can they talk? And will they want to?

But it won’t be any other way. Novorossiya has raised a whole galaxy of electoral leaders who have no business interests and know very well what is beneficial to their people and what is completely unacceptable. And for whom, a good Nazi is a dead Nazi. And a significant part of voters in the post-Ukrainian space are ready to give their votes to these new leaders.

Will such a “united region” be viable? I don't even want to check. But at the same time, the entire world community insists on at least some version of the coexistence of the fragments of Ukraine.

There is an exit.

The construction of a new statehood must begin from below. From the regions. Each region must decide for itself what powers it is willing to share with the central government. It is absolutely obvious that only locally can issues of cultural identity be resolved.

After the formation of regional structures, the Council of Regions should be created. As the highest authority in the post-Ukrainian space. Kyiv can delegate responsibilities for healthcare and pensions, naturally, providing for mandatory contributions from regional budgets.

Traditionally, defense and security powers are delegated to the central government... But after what Kyiv has done over the past year, it would not be wise to put anything that shoots into its hands.

And only when the rights and interests of people become higher than the ambitions of the central authorities can we say that we have created the conditions for peaceful coexistence on the land given by God and almost taken away by the Nazis.
