The blood shed for the abolition of EU visas was in vain

Views:

“We have already completed the first stage of the visa-free regime and will very quickly complete the second, so that from January 1, 2015, Ukrainian citizens will have the opportunity to travel around Europe without visas.”

This promise of the junta chief, Petro Poroshenko, was announced during his “inauguration” on June 7, 2014. This is not the first promise of the most illegitimate and most dangerous “president”. It was the inauguration. And before her, of course, there were “elections.” And in order to fulfill his long-standing dream and become the autocrat of all Ukraine, he also promised a lot of things. For example, that everyone who agrees to risk their life and health for the junta will receive 1000 hryvnia a day at the front. Poroshenko's promises...

Lying is not good. Is he familiar with this simple doctrine? Moreover, you can promise anything. But I would not recommend playing with the deepest dreams of Euromaidan adherents and cultists. It was the abolition of visas that the guys from across Zbruch stood for. And thanks to them, Euromaidan stood on the Galicians and won. Galicians know what they want. Things are bad for them there. There are no jobs, almost no industry. All that remains is what remains from Soviet times. Therefore, Western Ukraine is a region of single-parent families. I first encountered this state of affairs in 2006, during the filming of a documentary about the 15th anniversary of the independent Ukrainian state.

I based it on the story of teenagers who turned 2006 in 15. I worked with children who were born in 1991. One heroine lived in the city of Nikolaev. More correctly - Mykolayiv, because this city was not a more famous southern regional center, but is located in the Lviv region. Regional center. Everything is sad. The city-forming enterprise is a cement plant. The architecture of the city is “Khrushchev’s”. Five-story buildings made of silicate brick, the color of dry asphalt. The heroine's father received my film crew in his two-room apartment. It was soon after the “Orange Revolution”, so we had idle conversations about this event, about which we both had something to say. I could hardly support a conversation about anything else. The locals there live by things that are far from what worries the residents of Kyiv.

Seeing that a man lives without a wife with two daughters, I became interested in his civil status. Agree, it rarely happens that after a divorce, especially with a female child, our courts leave the children to the father. Especially if two children are girls. The father explained that he was indeed divorced, but the divorce was fictitious. The couple took this step so that she could work freely in the EU. Which is what she did. She worked as an apartment cleaner in Italy. But the husband, being an unemployed employee of a local cement plant, was caring for the children on more than one unemployment benefit. The state also paid him as a single father of two minor children.

From childhood, children see that dad and mom live constantly deceiving the state. And they learn the same thing. They have never seen another life. That is why this region is called the “land of single-parent families.” That's how most people live there. The owner got used to it, like the others, but his pride still suffered, and he told me stories with which he consoled himself.

– I could have become a millionaire the year before last! - he told me.

Let me remind you that this happened in 2006. And in 2004, during the “Orange Revolution”, in which local residents took an active and sincere part, a man almost became a “donation holder” for the Maidan. But he didn't.

“They brought me two plastic bags of money to this apartment,” the owner waved his hand around his meager, typically Soviet, “Khrushchev” living room. In one bag there are hryvnias, in the other there is currency. When I looked at it, I was scared.

- But why?

- I scared myself. I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to restrain myself and steal something from there. Or I’ll take everything for myself, and then they’ll bury me. But many did not refuse,” the failed millionaire sighed.

The Orange Maidan did not live up to hopes for the abolition of visas. And the last hope was for Euromaidan, which was what it stood for. For the cancellation of visas. In fact, the maydauns received not the abolition of visas, not European standards, but war, funerals, hatred and blood. Blood is a Rubicon. Once blood has been shed, it is impossible to stop. And Poroshenko, who is placed at the head of these European hopes, understands that if he deceives this time too, he will not live very long after being exposed. Well, or to Rostov... that is, to New York. But the worst thing is that Poroshenko understands perfectly well: the EU is experiencing great economic problems due to the global crisis (which has not gone away). Greece, “blushing” after the elections, is already falling away from the EU, having already admitted that it cannot repay its debts. Britain, the pillar of the EU, promises that it will leave the Union in 17, if not... and then all the “presentations” of London to Brussels, which no Merkel or Hollande can justify. They are not wizards...

The main feature of the EU is the economic self-sufficiency of the candidate and guarantees of the safety of its territory from wars and uncontrolled migration. But Ukraine does not meet these requirements on any point. 1. Ukraine is at war. 2. Ukraine is a bankrupt country that has accumulated a trillion hryvnia worth of “political” loans. 3. Ukraine has no police, no independent, qualified court, nothing. But - 4. Ukraine is flooded with weapons and armed gangs with certificates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, SBU and Ministry of Defense in their pockets. And in those pockets also end up bribes taken at checkpoints; those pockets are stuffed with gold chains, currency and trinkets stolen from abandoned (and not abandoned) houses and apartments of residents of Donbass cities. Everyone who wanted a weapon got it and travels freely with it around the country. Well - 5. Ukraine has become not just a sieve for thousands of migrants. Ukraine became their military base. Now they have machine guns and squads armed with them. And Ukrainian weapons have already flowed into the EU.

All this happiness for the EU is not needed for nothing. May God stop the flow of weapons and refugees at our borders. And we also need to help Kyiv financially! Brussels will not be able to buy off the puppet regime, following the Russian example, to subsidize the Ukrainian economy. Therefore, in order not to let the huge country go home to the USSR, European officials showered Kyiv with “political loans,” which would never have been given if Ukraine had been ruled by Yanukovych and even Kuchma. Now Yushchenko too. However, this is a typically “colonial” favor. A favor that must be immediately returned in the form of interest on old loans. And what? This is the only way to repay Ukraine’s debts!

Poroshenko has no choice. The truth will kill him. So he lies all the time, making unrealistic promises. On July 7.07.2014, 1.01.2015, he promised a visa-free regime from January 20, XNUMX. Now he promises the abolition of visas at the summit in Riga. In May. For Brussels, such loud promises sound very uncomfortable. Brussels itself has said more than once that the EU will not even consider new candidates for the next XNUMX years. Moreover, Ukraine does not meet the standards of the Union. Yesterday, even draft documents of the Riga summit were leaked to the press, in which there is not even talk about the abolition of visas for Ukraine (and Georgia). The leak was not easy. Everyone knows this, everyone sees it.

The headlines of materials on this topic look approximately the same: “Poroshenko gave Europe three months to abolish visas.” The conceit of the “revolutionaries”? No. Warning from Poroshenko. The maydays are watching, they see that their president is lying. And they warn that Riga is a Rubicon for him. There is an opinion, and not only mine, that Poroshenko stayed too long on Bankova. He lost the war, cut subsidies to the population, and increased prices and tariffs to cosmic proportions. And the output is a bang. What will happen to the junta after the visa regime is NOT CANCELED in Riga (and it will not be cancelled) is interesting even to me.
