A list of candidates for appointment to the positions of first deputy heads of executive authorities of Crimea must be submitted. “The main requirement for candidates is that they must be federal-level civil servants; regional officials can also be involved, but only in agreement with senior officials of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Wherein all decisions on key issues of life in Crimea will be made exclusively in agreement with officials sent from the center- he says.
This is not happening just like that, but against the backdrop of a number of high-profile Crimean corruption scandals. Therefore, Crimeans, to put it mildly, are no longer inclined to exaggerate the contribution of the so-called. “winning teams” in last year’s spring, and even more so in “raising your standard of living.” By the way, the people in Crimea, no matter who you talk to, are waiting with hope for the purges and the Moscow “Varangians”. Therefore, ordinary Crimeans (but not the “winning team” itself) will only welcome the institution of federal commissars introduced by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, the Kremlin’s wise move, on the one hand, does not deprive the State Council of the Republic of the right to democratically appoint its officials, and on the other hand, it will allow the Kremlin, with the help of the institution of commissars, to firmly suppress the ex-Ukrainian gang that has become unruly in the Russian Crimea, and to paralyze the corrupt “kinship component” in this environment. .
And “puffy cheeks”, like “they will come to me for approval, I will talk to everyone and draw my conclusions. If they suit me, we’ll appoint them” causes a smile among knowledgeable people, to put it mildly: one might think that really The Kremlin will ask someone... I would like to warn some “skeptics” who decided to raise the topic of “preventing the Varangians” from entering Crimea: Russia is our Motherland, if only for this reason Russians are not Varangians for Crimea. The Crimeans rightfully called the Ukrainian occupiers – “Kyiv”, “Lvov”, “Donetsk”, “Makeevka” and other “Macedonians” “Varangians”. Those - indeed - came to the Crimean land precisely to plunder, to take everything they could from here to their “farms”. After all, Ukraine has always understood at the subconscious level that Crimea is foreign to it, and sooner or later it will go away. That’s why they plundered Crimea mercilessly, and the Crimeans in return hated Ukrainian strangers and resisted as best they could. Now in Crimea the situation is completely opposite.
