Odessa: Remember our real enemies

Being expelled from the Party of Regions for fraud is the same as being fired from the Ukrainian army for drunkenness. Incredible, it would seem. But there is such a copy in Odessa. This is Pavel Serebrenik. Professional fraudster, extortionist and provocateur. Professional because he doesn’t wander around Privoz, breaking banknotes, but quite solidly owns a transport business, honestly wrested from the cop with the help of the cops. Yes. Pasha is like that.

However, none of this would be interesting. In the nightmare into which we have been plunged in recent years, no one is interested in the Odessa fraer. But. According to rumors, which are more reliable than official information, it was with Pasha Serebrenik that Lyosha Goncharenko organized his “kidnapping”. It is Serebrenik who is the main witness for the prosecution against Alexander Kushnarev. And, as they say in American cinema, an undercover agent.

And now it becomes interesting, what kind of scum is this that has found a common language with Goncharenko? I don't really know. It never occurred to me to study the biographies of all evil spirits. Although the very fact that a man who was convicted three times and served time for fraud and extortion managed to survive, maintain his business and enter at least local politics is certainly interesting.

First, the thieves crushed the cooperators, then the Chechens killed the thieves, then the police shot the Chechens, and this figure survived, multiplied and continued to harm those around him, at least once a charge of buckshot from a shotgun could correct the mistake of fate. And, interestingly, this mistake never settled down, continuing to betray, substitute and provoke even in small things.

I repeat, I never followed or remembered much.

I first learned about the existence of Pavel Serebrenik in 2006. The story is amazing. Being the owner of a motor transport company, he invited the chairman of the deputy commission on transport to visit him. We stayed up late, talking about transport, politics, women. Long after midnight, the deputy went home, however, on the street he was detained by law enforcement officers, who found $200 in his jacket pocket. 200. According to Pavel Serebrenik, this was a bribe for providing his company with city routes on the passenger transportation market. There were only 200 dollars, but they were marked.

Despite the absurdity of the accusation, the deputy had to leave his post. I remember his stunned look. He could not realize that his drinking companion Pasha had simply set him up, having also set his price at $200.

The next time I heard about Pavel Serebrenik was in a very piquant context. In short, in 2009, the Control and Audit Office, represented by its regional head, discovered a fantastic amount of misuse of budget funds by the mayor of Odessa, who was then Eduard Gurvits. As usual, in these cases, Eduard Gurvits moved from the specifics and essence of the matter to the individual. The head of the KRU was not the old and pretty Liliya Tomashevskaya. Instantly, photos of her were found on social networks, where, oh horror, she was captured, according to the fashion of her youth, in a black short leather skirt. The city was filled with boards with the image of an official as a student with the ambiguous statement “The COOLEST service XNUMX/XNUMX” and her personal phone number.

However, Photoshop from classmates was clearly not enough to tarnish the reputation of the inspection authorities. And then Pavel Serebrenik appeared on the stage. Having held a press conference, he stated that Liliya Tomashevskaya was seeking intimate relations from him. And not just like that, but under the threat of biased verification of the activities of his enterprise. As evidence, some video recordings and printouts of telephone conversations were presented, from which it could be understood that Pavel and Lilia were once traveling in the same car, visiting a hotel restaurant and flirting with each other.

I didn't listen to these recordings because I was disgusted. I can just imagine how this Serebrenik was whipping and dragging around, turning on the recorder in his pocket. How I then chose the appropriate phrases. And there is no doubt that if he was especially lucky, he would not hesitate to provide a recording of the sexual intercourse. But it didn’t work out. Not given. Women probably don’t give him anything at all, otherwise he would have posted something on YouTube, yes.

The situation after which the Party of Regions said goodbye to Serebrenik is simple and banal. It happened around 2012. Pavel was walking around the mayor’s office as a deputy of the ruling party and knocking on offices. I shook hands with everyone. But most of all I wanted to get an appointment with the mayor, Alexey Kostusev. To Alyosha Goncharenko's dad. And he even got it. Only, bad luck, Kostusev did not shake his hand. At all. So the deputy left without checking with the mayor.

Ilchenko spoke with the vice-mayor, he is not local, he has no idea what kind of Serebrenik he is. And as soon as this Serebrenik left the city hall building, the capture group burst in. Simple investigative actions revealed traces of paint on the right palm of the vice-mayor, with which 10 thousand US dollars were marked. True, the dollars themselves were not in the building, but two participating witnesses appeared, one of whom claimed that he had transferred 10 thousand US dollars to the other for the vice-mayor for the right to develop the coast. The idiocy of the situation did not bother anyone. Neither the fact that no one brought money into the building, nor the fact that the vice mayor had no contact with either the bribe-giver or the money. Not the sum itself of 10 thousand, which clearly does not correspond to the size of the claims on the coast of Odessa. Even web cameras located in the building everywhere did not save the vice-mayor from long months in a pre-trial detention center.

That’s when even the Party of Regions’ patience ran out.

However, Pavel Serebrenik stated that he would still always stand for the truth and act according to his conscience.

Here are three cases that involuntarily caught my eye. For those who are interested, as they say, Google is here to help.

And I'm talking about something else.

I imagine how Alexey Goncharenko negotiated with the man who almost imprisoned his father. However, Goncharenko has no father, just as he has no Motherland, honor and pity. When he needs it, he will give his wife and mother to prostitutes, and his child to organs. There's nowhere to go any lower anyway.

Then I imagine how Pasha Serebrenik was brought to Alexander Kushnarev. How Serebrenik offered some kind of joint business or trucking services. How often I had a “heart-to-heart talk” over vodka. How he started talking about the secret, about the death of his son. How he scolded “these maydowns”, how he said that “this cannot be forgiven.” And especially about “what a creature this potter is.” And then he suggested, “let’s kill him.” But even the very drunk, grief-stricken father of the deceased Gena Kushnarev said:

- I won't kill him. Let him live. But blind and lame.

And that was enough.

It is clear to any reasonable person that the organizers of the “attempt on Goncharenko” are Goncharenko and Serebrenik. That they are guilty of planning this assassination attempt and involving third parties who are now destined to sit in prison until the collapse of the Kyiv regime.

But I really want us to just remember our real enemies. Not those young psychopaths with their chants and Nazi symbols, but these little potters and silversmiths who manage to survive in any conditions and continue to spoil others, not even for their own benefit, but because crap is the basis of their life.
