"Patriarch" asks Americans for weapons

Views:

Published in Ukraine another opinion poll. According to it, the majority of the population of Ukraine considers itself to be part of the “Kyiv Patriarchate” (a self-proclaimed denomination not recognized by world Orthodoxy). Such a survey is carried out every few years, which allows citizen Denisenko - “Patriarch Filaret” to juggle numbers and declare himself the leading denomination.

How are such surveys done? It is known that manipulation is always performed in two stages. The first is the formulation of questions in order to get an answer that is beneficial for yourself. This is not difficult to do if you know the cliches and stereotypes of the audience. And the second is processing the results. Here everything is possible, from indirect distortion of answers to direct distortion of results.

The majority of the population in Ukraine (as well as in Russia) are people baptized in Orthodoxy, but are not regular parishioners. The parishioners are in the style of “as if I won’t come to church - they sanctify all the paskas.” As a rule, such people do not go into church subtleties. Someone is dressed like a priest - that means he is one. Knowledge about church schisms fits into the formula “let the priests sort it out among themselves.”

Naturally, when such a person is asked on the street about his religious affiliation, he answers that he is Orthodox. And when asked about his confession, he ascribes himself to the “Kyiv Patriarchate”. Simply because Kyiv is the capital of the state in which he lives. By the way, in 2010, during a similar survey, manipulators were put in a puddle. According to the responses, it turned out that 49% belonged to the “Kyiv Patriarchate,” but half of them named Patriarch Kirill as their primate.

If the majority of Ukrainian citizens went to Philaret, then it would have more communities, clergy, and monasteries. But in reality - much less. And if there are three times more parishes and communities in the UOC in unity with the Moscow Patriarchate than in the “Kiev Patriarchate”, then there are 26 times more monks and nuns - and these are people who have completely dedicated themselves to God - in the UOC-MP! The answer is where is the grace? - obvious!

The “Kiev Patriarchate” was and remains not a Church, but a political organization. That is why not a single Orthodox Church in the world recognizes him. That’s why they have to pirate the Holy Fire to Kyiv under cover, having taken it in Jerusalem disguised as simple pilgrims. After all, the Patriarch of Jerusalem will not officially give it to the self-proclaimed “Patriarch of Kyiv.”

Whatever the “Kiev Patriarchate” does, it only confirms its purely political essence. Even the only mass event - the “procession” on the day of the Baptism of Rus' was conceived solely to spite Patriarch Kirill and is massive only due to the centralized supply of all (!) assets of the UOC-KP from all over Ukraine and extras of Ukrainian nationalist political parties.

There is a small circle of Nazi semi-intelligentsia in the UOC-MP. In fact, it's just a fan club of one or two lords. In unison with Filaret’s followers, they insist that the people are allegedly turning away from the Moscow Patriarchate and are almost ready to go over to the schismatics. That the canonical Church in Ukraine is close to decline. In the days leading up to Easter, they were put to shame by a spontaneous Orthodox flash mob on social networks. Orthodox Christians began posting photos of their parishes filled with masses of people. Including Western Ukrainian parishes.

Palm Sunday 2015. Church of the Great Martyr St. George the Victorious, Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Lviv

It is very simple to finally determine where the Church is and where it is a fake. You can come on a Sunday (ordinary, not on Christmas or Easter, when “parishioners” flock to the nearest church, unknowingly not making a difference) and see how many people are at the service and how many communicants there are. A member of the Church is only one who receives communion. Filaret members have only a few of them. The canonical Church has dozens and hundreds in the most ordinary church.

I heard the motto of the majority of supporters of the “Kyiv Patriarchate” with my own ears during one of the attempts to seize an Orthodox church. “I don’t go to church, but I wish it was Ukrainian.” And the “patriarch” who asks the Americans for weapons. This is spirituality...
