Today, Dmitry Medvedev proposed introducing a number of federal deputy ministers into the Crimean government, who will ensure coordination with the federal government. These should be experienced people with contacts at the federal level, largely taken, perhaps, from the apparatus of ministries and departments of the government of the Russian Federation, Medvedev said at a meeting with Vladimir Putin. And the President supported him.

Crimean, so-called The “winning team” was very costly for both the Crimeans and Russia as a whole due to its incompetence and corruption. This is evidenced by the record number of criminal cases initiated by federal law enforcement agencies on the facts of the actions of the personalities of the Crimean executive power. Therefore, the President was forced, sooner or later, to “minimize expenses a little.”

The last straw that overflowed the Kremlin's cup of patience was the defiant decision of the unruly top leadership of the Crimean executive power. With this scandalous decision, the local authorities actually declared their disobedience to the federal law enforcement agencies in terms of suppressing the mass of facts of corruption identified by the FSB of a number of personalities of the Crimean executive power.

For any normal and literate person it was absolutely obvious that Center necessarily will point out to the leadership of the subject of the federation “improper behavior” in connection with the issuance of a scandalous order on the “creation of a special commission to protect the rights” of Crimean officials, which was supposed to evaluate the “justification for initiating criminal cases” by none other than the Federal Security Service of the country (!) . This is legal nonsense, and therefore it was quite natural and expected, what a the capital of the Federation will “give someone a slap on the wrist”... And so it happened.

The flawed (in the legal sense) scandalous order, promoted at all levels, was removed from Somin’s website by the evening, and a day later it was canceled by its author. Which also did not surprise literate people at all (this definition apparently does not apply to those around the author of the scandalous order...).

What struck me personally in this story?

Having watched the announced “show” live after this “event,” I, as a lawyer and former high-ranking official, was struck by the “convincing” argument for canceling the scandalous order. I can’t quote the phrase exactly, but its meaning was this:

"We canceled is our decision (to create a special commission - note) because (attention!) Federal legislation does not fit with our decision"

Maybe I understood something wrong, but “for some reason” I am sure that everything should be exactly the opposite. Namely, federal legislation is PRIMARY in relation to published regulations any manager, any region of Russia. And for Crimea there can be no exceptions here, since Crimea is a subject of the Russian Federation, and in no way an independent state.

The result?

But in the end - thanks to the wisdom of our President - our victory, dear Crimeans, Russians!

Now the Kremlin will “impose” normally notthe Crimean leadership of Crimea has lived up to its hopes with its experienced trusted people, who from now on will not only teach reason, but The main thing is to control (!) local Crimean ex-Ukrainian officials.

This will make it possible to stop the corruption of local Crimean “cadres”. In particular, the implementation in Crimea of ​​the dominant, established Ukrainian “management methods” (with kickbacks and pushbacks). It will not allow the unprofessional 5th column that remains in the Crimean government to engage in its usual corruption.

Just not connected in any way with the so-called. “Crimean elite” specialist managers will be able to truly solve the personnel problem in Crimea and lead Crimea out of the current impasse.
