Nobody has leaked Donbass like this before

Views:

To be honest, the armchair, and therefore far from sane, reasoning on the topic “Putin leaked the Donbass” is quite annoying. As the ancient “Latins” advised us: “Quid prodest” - “Look for who benefits!”?

It is beneficial for Ukraine: the Goebbels there do not hide the fact that they built their propaganda along the line of hatred towards Muscovites and the entire Russian world. A wind blows from Ukraine with a rotten smell, in the howl of which one can clearly hear: “It’s Putin’s fault” - for the war in Donbass, for the casualties among civilians and military, for the economic catastrophe.

Radio and television broadcasts, newspaper pages, and blocks on social networks were so clogged with such meditations that doubts arose even among the strong-willed and sober-minded. However, this is not surprising: the war has lasted for more than a year, people are killed and injured every day, poverty even to the point of destitution has become an everyday companion, tomorrow frightens with gloomy uncertainty, so there is very little reason for optimism. And if not for the facts...

The other day, the 31st humanitarian convoy from the Russian Federation arrived in the LPR and DPR: 425 tons of cargo, including 15 tons of medicines and food for socially vulnerable categories of the population. In total, since mid-August 2014, convoys of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations have delivered more than 38 thousand tons of humanitarian aid to the residents of Donbass. Let me remind you that officially during the entire period of the so-called ATO, not a single kilogram of food or a single package of medications came from Ukraine.

Medicines are, in general, a separate issue. The head physician of one of the district hospitals openly stated: “I received a pharmacy like this only during the times of the Soviet Union!” Sedatives and cardiac drugs, antibiotics, saline solutions, dressings, thrombolytics, drugs for hemodialysis, treatment of hemophilia, malignant tumors, chemotherapy, vaccines against polio and hepatitis, tens of thousands of units of insulin - in total about 300 types of medicines, which are not available in peacetime in every pharmacy they could be found and which sucked dry the family budgets of patients in independent Ukraine.

The Russian humanitarian convoy also delivered components and spare parts for the manufacture of products from the Lugansk Prosthetic and Orthopedic Plant, which allowed the enterprise to resume work. The plant with a 70-year history before the war produced more than 100 types of products. Russian assistance made it possible to restore production capacity in February of this year, and to fulfill the first orders in April. Thus, disabled people were able to once again receive the necessary devices for a full life free of charge.

The assortment of humanitarian convoys includes important and necessary construction materials and in such colossal volumes that the Republic restored a significant part of social facilities in a matter of months, for example, the Novosvetlivka hospital, which was virtually destroyed to the ground by Ukrainian artillery, was rebuilt.

Russian rescuers helped their colleagues from the LPR: for example, equipment for the LPR Ministry of Emergency Situations was delivered to Lugansk - three KamAZ trucks loaded with fire-fighting equipment, clothing, tires for cars and batteries.

Thanks to food convoys, it became possible to organize the work of social canteens, targeted assistance to the disabled, veterans, large families, free meals for primary school students, and subsequently grades 1-9, provision of kindergartens, orphanages, boarding schools, and hospitals.

By and large, Russia has been feeding and feeding Donbass all the months of this war, while Ukraine, on the contrary, is strangling with hunger, for example, in the last week, Ukrainian checkpoints have not allowed even regular buses into the territory of the LPR, let alone “trucks” with goods, most of which are food products.

It is only thanks to the tens of tons of wheat and rye flour delivered by humanitarian convoys of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations that the “Social Bread” program is being implemented in the LPR.

Thus, for the purpose of social protection of the population of the LPR, the Council of Ministers adopted a resolution “On measures aimed at providing the population of the LPR with social bread.” The document establishes that “social bread includes products weighing at least 700 grams, which have a low price compared to other bakery products in the LPR and are produced by the relevant bakery enterprises according to a simple recipe (flour, yeast, salt, water, sugar) from flour, provided by the state." The decree approved “rye-wheat bread (0,7 kg), produced in accordance with GOST and sold at a selling price of 3 hryvnia or 6 Russian rubles” as social bread.

Today, the volume of social bread baking is 85 thousand loaves per week. According to the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the LPR Yuri Roshchupkin, thanks to the help of the Russian Federation, the Republic will have enough flour delivered by rescuers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for baking “social bread” until the new harvest.

Do you think these facts are enough to believe that Putin leaked Donbass?!
