So, in order to prevent this and deprive the Donbass people of civil rights altogether, Yaitsenyuk and the device are put in charge of civilian administration - Verhrada decided to introduce the so-called “military-state administrations” (MAA) in the Donbass under her control. So that you understand what this is, suffice it to say that according to the law on these same CAA, military authorities will have the right to replace the heads of villages and towns, and, if necessary, then city mayors and heads of district administrations. As soon as someone seemed unreliable, he was thrown into jail, and in his place they put a corporal with machine gunners. Not a corporal? An officer? So, what difference does it make if the army is Ukrainian? There, the general knows how to clean the toilet as well as the soldier, and how to command the soldier. We saw it, we know that they are sitting in a crowd near Debaltseve.
In a word, the introduction of the CAA will limit the already scanty civil liberties of those of our fellow tribesmen who were unlucky enough to end up in Ukrainian captivity. The CAA law gives soldiers from Nazi terrestrial battalions the right to do, for example, whatever they want with prisoners, replacing both law and even custom. This did not happen in Chechnya; this was not seen in Algeria or Vietnam. Even during the time of Pinochet, they did not observe it in Chile. What can I say - at least in some ways Ukraine is ahead of the rest.
