Ukraine recognized the independence of Donbass and the Russian status of Crimea
Views:In June 1990, the Supreme Council of Moldova declared the creation of the Moldavian SSR illegal. This decision automatically canceled the Moldovan status of Transnistria. To isolate themselves from Moldovan nationalism, the local Ukrainians, Russians and Moldovans created their own republic - the PMR, and defended its independence with arms in hand. Although unrecognized, it has existed for a quarter of a century.
Today, Ukrainian deputies have become like the Moldovans. They recognized the communist regime, including the Ukrainian SSR, as criminal and condemned it. That is, the decisions to create the Ukrainian SSR, to transfer lands to it, from Donbass to Crimea and Galicia, conquered from Poland, are criminal.
If we consider modern Ukraine to be the successor of the UPR, as the authors of the laws say, then the Central Rada has established that the UPR includes the territories of the Kiev, Podolsk, Volyn, Chernigov, Poltava, Kharkov, Yekaterinoslav, Kherson and Tauride (without Crimea) provinces.
So the Rada actually and legally recognized the Russian status of Crimea and renounced claims to Donbass, which was not part of the UPR. All that remains is to withdraw from the founding membership of the UN. After all, the Ukrainian SSR, the founder of the UN, is a criminal entity.
So, 256 deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are separatists. They made the creation of people's republics legal from the point of view of the laws of Ukraine. Where is the SBU looking? Here they are, separatists! Please consider this note a report of a crime and take action!
