Ukrainians, now don’t be offended!

Did anyone doubt that for Kyiv the Minsk agreements are an empty phrase? Having adopted the worst traits of behavior from the overseas curator - arrogance and cynicism, Ukraine openly declares on all platforms that it does not intend to end the war in Donbass.

Like a cat that has shitted and been punished, she shakes herself off, yells displeasedly, retreats to a safe distance, but with an angry purr announces that she will continue to shit further, according to the classic scenario: “And Vaska listens and eats.”

Like a tram boor who has lost all shame, she, despite the admonitions and slaps of society, continues to snap, make jokes and receive great pleasure from being the center of attention, so she again and again makes tricks, believing that the situation is completely under her control and depending from her.

The fourth attempt to resolve the conflict in eastern Ukraine through the mediation of international institutions (Minsk-1, Geneva, Normandy, Minsk-2) seems to have failed. In any case, if you go through all the points of the February Minsk agreements, which, by the way, are an integral part of the UN Security Council Resolution, then a violation or non-compliance on the part of Ukraine can be found in each one. At the same time, Kyiv, as it should be, as it is used to, took a looking-glass position: it shouts that everything is just the opposite.

It is obvious: Kiev has not followed a detailed and clear schedule for the conflict resolution plan.

Item 1. Complete ceasefire. Only in March, the territory of the LPR was shelled by the Ukrainian army, in particular, on March 9, four mines from a 120-mm mortar were fired at the Pervomaiskaya mine, on the same day a railway bridge on the Sentyanovka-Shipilovo road section was blown up, and sabotage on the Bakhmutsky Way was periodically resumed .

Item 2. Removal of heavy artillery and multiple launch rocket systems from the contact line. On March 1, OSCE observers reported that the LPR had fulfilled its obligations under the Minsk Protocol. Whereas the Ukrainian side, in particular, the speaker of the ATO Andrei Lysenko, stated that Ukraine would not do this; the facts are confirmed by representatives of the OSCE, who are not allowed to exercise control, and by the intelligence of the LPR army - for example, in the area of ​​Stanitsa Luganskaya and the city of Shchastya there is a large accumulation of heavy artillery, coupled with a large group of troops.

And so on for each point. Ukraine, as if on purpose, distorts and interprets every letter of the Minsk agreements in its own way. We still have to “enjoy” the upcoming tent in the Verkhovna Rada regarding special status of Donbass. After all, it is already clear today that the law proposed by Poroshenko cannot be implemented. And not only because it completely negates the very meaning of the confrontation between the residents of Donbass, sacrificial and tragic, but also because does not provide for any cooperation with representatives of the LPR either in terms of discussion or in terms of making fundamental changes and amendments. In a word, I do not intend to negotiate with the Republic of Kyiv. That is why the economic blockade of the LPR continues: transport with food is still turned away at Ukrainian checkpoints, the banking system is still blocked and not a single attempt has been made to resume the payment of pensions and social benefits.

Residents of the LPR usually perceive the relative silence at the front as the calm before the storm. The war taught many people the ability to read between the lines, including the Minsk agreements. And if Kyiv, without hiding, talks about the continuation of hostilities and new attacks on Novorossiya, then Donbass responds: “We offered, we warned, now don’t be offended!”
