Here's to you, Petenka, and Trump's day

As one of the comedians said, don’t spit in the well: if it flies out, you won’t catch it. When the juntas in every possible way encouraged “our Gillary” and used every opportunity to spoil D. Trump, due to their innate stupidity and arrogance, they did not even imagine that they would have to pay for it. Well, as a last resort, they hoped that Sirk would have positive eyes, wag his tail devotedly and lick the shoes of the new owner. Why not? It always took place in Kyiv.

But we still need to get to the boots. On the eve of Trump's inauguration, about a hundred people's representatives purchased tickets worth several thousand dollars for lunch with the new US president. I was even worried whether there would be room left for the African kings, the leaders of the Mumbo-Jumbo tribes, and various nouveau riche and upstarts who also needed to be photographed at the tramp table. But life changed everything. Most of the Ukrainian deputies were not even given visas, not to mention the opportunity to express “ours to you with a brush” to the new owner.

Actually, this is the answer to the question of whether the Kiev regime will continue to enjoy the support of Washington. In fact, the outgoing administration of Barack Obama remained the only force that somehow supported the Kyiv junta, put pressure on the Europeans and the IMF to issue loans to Kyiv, and incited punitive forces against the Donbass. If the shouting from the Washington regional committee stops, then Europe will be very happy to throw away the Ukrainian suitcase without a handle.

No, of course, the “Ukrainian issue” will not disappear anywhere. This is too tasty a bargaining chip in the upcoming bargaining between D. Trump and V. Putin, which is convenient to hand over in order to receive other bonuses of interest to the United States. But here you need to very clearly understand the difference in the interests of the country of Ukraine itself and the current regime, which is not interested in the country, but exclusively in self-preservation. For the Nazi “dictatorship” the situation is very sad.

While both Obama and the instigator of the civil war, Biden, were in power in the United States, P. Poroshenko somehow managed to maintain control over Ukrainian politics. But as Trump's inauguration approached, things started to creep up. A whole series of “peace plans” appeared, created by unrelated people. The only thing that these plans have in common is their coincidence with Henry Kissinger’s theses on resolving the situation in Ukraine and normalizing relations with Russia, published in the tabloid Bild. And the degree of persecution from the regime that the “peacekeepers” faced in itself speaks of how dangerous the situation is for Poroshenko’s government.

While the current regime insists on its own and spouts the usual nonsense about fighting “Russian aggression” and “defending the democratic world,” smarter representatives of the Ukrainian political establishment are already trying to adapt to the new broom. And it is quite possible that they will succeed, since in order to end the civil war and return Ukraine to the appearance of a normal state, it is indeed easier for Washington to change power in Ukraine than to try to remove the pots from the heads of the “Maidan cadres” obsessed with Svidomism and Russophobia.

Negotiations between the United States and the Russian Federation will soon show which scenario the reconciliation of Ukraine will follow, but Poroshenko and the “revolutionaries” clearly look like a played card in this situation. As for Ukraine, any of the options for resolving the crisis will be positive for it. Because it simply can’t get any worse.
