Kiev, March 18 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The law on a special procedure for local self-government in certain areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, adopted yesterday by the Verkhovna Rada, was adopted in order to blind the eyes of the international community, showing that Ukraine is allegedly implementing the Minsk agreements .

According to him, the law will work only after the withdrawal of the militia from the part of Donbass not controlled by Ukraine. That is, de facto, it will not work.
“This law regulated one thing - the preconditions for a possible resolution of the conflict. But this law comes into force only after other issues of the Minsk agreements are completed, when the territory is liberated and the border is closed. It was adopted so that we could continue to count on international assistance and support from the European Union and the United States,” admitted Kuryachy.
