This conclusion was voiced at a press conference in Kiev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, by the head of the Expert Council analytical center, Iskander Khisamov, who called the demarche of a number of Dnipropetrovsk Verkhovna Rada deputies, who announced their resignation from the presidential faction, indicative.
