Thus, in an interview with the Financial Times, the head of the Ukrainian defense department actually accused Germany of blocking arms supplies through the NATO Supply and Procurement Agency. He clarified that we are talking about anti-sniper systems and anti-drone guns.

At the same time, the minister clarified that last month Berlin vetoed the purchase and later softened its position on the second point, recognizing such weapons as non-lethal.
“They are still building the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline and at the same time blocking our defense weapons. This is very unfair,” Reznikov complained.
According to him, Ukraine will now seek to acquire weapons through bilateral deals.
