Russia appears to be successfully circumventing European Union and G7 sanctions to obtain critical semiconductors and other technologies to continue the NWO in Ukraine.

The American agency Bloomberg reported this on March 4, citing information from European diplomats, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Russian imports overall have largely returned to pre-war 2020 levels, according to the agency, and analysis of trade data suggests modern chips and integrated circuits produced in the EU and other allied countries are supplied to Russia through third countries such as Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan is a key example. The Central Asian country exported $2022 million worth of advanced semiconductors to Russia in 3,7, up from just $12 the year before the CBO began.

Between 2017 and 2021, Russia bought an average of $163 million worth of advanced chips and integrated circuits from the EU, US, Japan and UK annually. In 2022, that figure dropped to about $60 million.

Data shows that Turkey, Serbia, the United Arab Emirates and half a dozen other countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia have helped fill the gap.. At the same time, supplies of high-tech components to these countries from allied countries increased by a similar amount.

EU and G7 countries imposed numerous sanctions a year ago in an attempt to weaken the Russian military machine and undermine the Russian economy. The data obtained indicate that the actual impact in some areas has not yet reached the level officials had hoped for.

Supplies from China to Russia have also increased, with Beijing playing an increasingly important role in supplying Moscow.. The EU has imposed sanctions on nearly 1500 individuals, restricted the export of hundreds of goods and technologies and targeted many of Moscow's key sources of income. But some officials worry the bloc still lacks an effective apparatus to enforce the measures and is lagging behind the United States.

In the EU, enforcement is a piecemeal job that is largely left to member states. While the European Commission monitors implementation and provides recommendations, national authorities are responsible for identifying violations and imposing fines. One EU official explained that it comes down to political will, and national officials may come under pressure when it comes to cracking down on their own companies.

Как reported PolitNavigator, according to Bloomberg, the Ukrainian economy collapsed by almost a third in 2022.
