“My version is a provocation. A terrible, monstrous provocation. This plane was shot down either by the Ukrainian Air Force or Ukrainian air defense. The truth must be established by experts in this field. I’m not an expert, so, as you understand, I can’t make final conclusions,” he said at a press conference.
“However, I would like to remind you that already on July 14, the Ukrainian authorities announced that they were bringing their air force and air defense to full combat readiness. Because these air defenses must repel supposedly Russian aggression. There was no aggression, and bringing the air defense and air force into combat readiness, you can see for yourself what it led to,” Borodai emphasized.
As Navigator reported, the DPR said it would facilitate the work of international and Ukrainian experts at the site of the plane crash.
