“This is Pugach, a crime boss from Torez, who in the spring of 2014 fired at the city committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine and killed two anti-Maidan participants, local miner boys, driving them into a burning warehouse. And then he went to Shakhtersk/Tornado to the rapist Onishchenko - that is, he became a full-time employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, like all members of this national organized crime group. And he became famous for his new cruel crimes. This is what ultimately turned out to be the attempt to use bandits to deal with their political opponents,” writes Manchuk.
“The most interesting thing is that Arsen Avakov, under whom the murderer Pugach received an indulgence for previous criminal sins and ended up in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, will even now retain his privatized ministerial post... Avakov in Kiev has hundreds of such armed “fighters”, tied in blood, who, like Frightening, there is simply nothing to lose - because under any sane regime, they will have to answer according to the law for the crimes they have committed,” the journalist states.
“I would also note that this community, which came to power under the slogans of the fight against the “Donetsk bandits,” immediately signed up local bandits for their service and pay. This killer, who protected the coal mines before the war, was opposed in Torez by the leader of the local branch of the Communist Party - a teacher of Russian and Ukrainian (yes) languages with a salary of 1400 UAH. She became a bandit for the new government - and Pugach was given policeman’s shoulder straps and a service weapon,” Manchuk also recalls.
