Militant Semenchenko released from prison under house arrest
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and militant Semyon Semenchenko has been released from pre-trial detention center under house arrest.
The Solomensky District Court of Kyiv assigned him the appropriate preventive measure, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Semenchenko himself in his blog was happy about this decision, but said that he would continue to fight.
“Positive decision. Semyon Semenchenko's measure of restraint was changed - house arrest. But this is not the end. The fight continues,” says a message on his page.
Let us recall that earlier arrested in connection with the case creation of a private military company.
The militant was also accused of having connections with the import of military products from Russia. Moreover, he is person involved in the case about the shelling of TV channel 112 from a grenade launcher.
