ATO veterans issued an ultimatum to the Ukrainian authorities and the authorities of the DPR/LPR: the announced exchange of prisoners should take place exclusively according to the “all for all” formula. Otherwise, the militants threaten to begin a complete blockade of the borders of the proclaimed republics.

The commander of the Donbass battalion, Anatoly Vinogrodsky, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

“If our fighters are not released or exchanged within seven days, I don’t care how they are released, we will begin a widespread blockade of all railway and road transport routes. We will cut off the supply of any “double bass” both there and back... We want everyone to be released. Moreover, we demand that everyone be released. And from the DPR, and from the SBU, and from our president,” Vinogrodsky said.
