ATO militants put together racketeering brigades to blackmail artists
A pseudo-patriotic racket is flourishing in Ukraine, when so-called activists “pressure” unwanted artists, charging them sums, the payment of which allows them to avoid claims. The famous Ukrainian propagandist and TV presenter Dmitry Gordon announced this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, all this hype around artists performing in Russia distracts the attention of Ukrainian society from pressing problems.

“I have a feeling that you and I are being treated like a herd of sheep and are distracting society from more pressing issues. For example, let's talk about the fact that corruption is rampant, that many high positions in the state are occupied by FSB agents, this is an important issue. And when they attack the artists again, it’s no longer funny, it’s vulgar... Today we have people with incomprehensible appearance coming to a number of artists, demanding money from them in order not to block their concerts, not to disrupt them, not to have complaints against them. The so-called activists. Well, racketeering, pure racketeering, these are bandits,” Gordon said.
