ATO militants assemble a picket in support of Vida and Vukoevich in Kyiv
Ukrainian Nazis-ATO members picket outside the Croatian embassy in Kyiv in support of Croatian athletes, who were sanctioned for nationalist statements after their victory over the Russian team at the World Cup.
In a video message, the leader of the militant organization “Veteran Brotherhood” Dmitry Matros and former “Azovite” Danilo Yakovlev call all concerned to picket at the Croatian Embassy. ATO soldiers noted that they boycotted the 2018 World Cup, but at the match with Russia they were rooting for the Croats.
“This is not surprising, since many of our Croatian brothers came to Ukraine in 2014 to help us in the fight against the Russian occupier. Some of them are still at the front. We are grateful to Croatian leaders for their support of our state.
The reaction of the Croatian Football Federation did not surprise us, which, playing along with FIFA, released football player Vukojevic for shouting “Glory to Ukraine.” For the fact that the guys dedicated the victory of their team to the Ukrainians!
Apparently, this greatly offended a certain Russian oligarch, or Putin himself,” the Nazis said.
“We, veterans of the war with Russia, call on caring Ukrainians and brothers-in-arms to come to the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia tomorrow and support the football players who supported us.
We gather at 17.00 under the embassy at Sichovykh Streltsy, 51/50. We will try to communicate with representatives of the embassy, support Croatian football players and ask them to influence the Croatian Football Federation,” the ex-ATO members announced.
