“ATO” militants staged a bloody internecine fight in the studio of the TV channel
The militants of the so-called ATO, who entered the Rada, started a fight after the broadcast of the NewsOne TV channel.
As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, a skirmish between the Radical Party deputy Dmitry Linko and his former faction colleague Sergei Melnichuk arose during the broadcast against the backdrop of the latter’s expulsion from the faction.
“In my absence from the faction, an additional card was made and Lyashko gave someone from the group to vote for some bills,” Melnichuk said.
To this, Linko accused his colleague of political prostitution.
“Who are you listening to? – he was indignant. “Carcass, you went and sold yourself.”
After that, Melnichuk took off, but the presenters prevented the skirmish from escalating into a fight. However, after the broadcast, Melnichuk broke his opponent’s nose behind the scenes of the studio.
“He's just a crazy person. Well, I just broke my nose, but it will pass. He will still answer for these actions. In law. I won’t write statements, I’m not a person who resolves such male disputes through statements... He just came up from behind and hit me in the face. It’s okay, it will pass,” Linko commented on his beating.
Let us note that before becoming a deputy, Linko served in the “Shakhtersk” battalion, which was disbanded for looting, and after several months he commanded the “St. Mary” battalion. In 2014, Melnichuk commanded the odious “Aidar” battalion.
