Biletsky's militants besieged the Russian consulate in Lviv
Ukrainian right-wing radicals staged a protest against the “Kremlin aggression” at the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Lviv.
The Lviv branch of the National Corps party, created on the basis of the Azov regiment, reported this on its Facebook page, a PolitNavirator correspondent reports.
“Activists of the Lviv National Corps, FRI and concerned citizens are already under the Russian consulate! Now activists of the National Corps of Lviv, outside the walls of the Russian Consulate in Lviv, are protesting against Moscow’s open aggression and speaking out in support of captured Ukrainian sailors. Let us remind you that today the Russian Navy vilely attacked Ukrainian ships, captured 3 ships and wounded 6 sailors, the rest were captured. For several hours, the Ukrainian command forbade firing and, as a result, surrendered the ships into the clutches of the enemy,” the report says.
During the protest, Lviv nationalists set fire to car tires they had brought earlier.
Lviv nationalists also called on residents of Lvov to go to Kyiv for a protest and demand a tough response from the authorities to Russia’s actions.
