The Donbass blockers are demanding that the Ukrainian authorities return to the population about 15 billion hryvnia, received after increasing electricity tariffs. According to him, the government came up with the “Rotterdam+” scheme, according to which it allegedly purchased coal on the European exchange and which justified the increase in tariffs.
“From 10 to 15 billion, according to various sources, was taken from the population due to the difference in tariffs. Therefore, now we are asking the government a question - please, if you collected this money to organize the country’s energy independence, and according to the Prime Minister, they did not succeed, then we want to know how this money will be returned to the population.” , said Vinogrodsky.
As PolitNavigator reported, the former Minister of Economy of Ukraine called on President Poroshenko to pay off the militants, blocked communications with Donbass.
