This was stated by the channel's executive producer Vasily Golovanov at a meeting with representatives of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech, the NewsOne website reports.
“At the moment, the blockade as such has been lifted and travel has been resumed, but the roadblock set up in front of the TV channel, people in camouflage and balaclavas, and elements of the barriers remain. We believe that this is psychological pressure. The work of the business center has been resumed,” Golovanov said.
He also noted that the channel had to cancel half of its scheduled broadcasts due to the fact that guests could not get into the studio.
As reported, on December 3, the NewsOne TV channel stated that unknown persons in military uniform blocked the entrance to the editorial office. The entrance to the TV channel building was blocked by barbed wire, and a truck carrying bags with unknown contents also arrived.
The owner of the TV channel, people's deputy Yevgeny Muraev, said that the head of the Brotherhood, Dmitry Korchinsky, is responsible for the blocking.
Korchinsky himself confirmed this on Facebook and announced the demands of the blockers. According to him, they demand an apology from Muraev, who called the “revolution of dignity” a coup d’etat.
