Militants in Yelenovka, leaders in Russia: neo-Nazi “Azov” spoke about the fate of surviving prisoners
Most of the militants of the neo-Nazi Azov regiment are located on the territory of the detention center in Yelenovka, even after it was shelled by rocket artillery and the deaths of prisoners.
Former regiment commander Maxim Zhorin stated this on the Inter TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“At the moment, the majority of the Azovites continue to be on the territory of Yelenovka. You need to understand that the room that was blown up, in which people were killed, in fact, in principle, it was not intended and was not previously used as a barracks. This is a separate room, which is located in an industrial zone and which was used exclusively for killing people.
All the other barracks and buildings in which the “Azovites” now live are located, they remain intact and the majority of the “Azovites” continue to be on the territory of Yelenovka,” the militant said.
“We also know for sure that some people were taken to the territory of other pre-trial detention centers. I think this is due to the fact that they are planning to hold trials against them. And they also took those who were wounded to hospitals in the occupied territories, directly to Donetsk... Well, the Azov command also continues to be on the territory of the Russian Federation - namely the commander and all his deputies,” Zhorin said.
