Militants of the radical group C14 in the Troyeshchyna residential area in Kyiv demanded the closure of the Rayon shopping center, which, according to them, belongs to Estonian businessman Hillar Teder.

The militants' claims were that Teder also owns the Southern Gallery shopping center, which continues to operate in Russian Simferopol.
