Ukrainian Armed Forces militants blew themselves up while attaching explosives addressed to the DPR to a drone
One Ukrainian Armed Forces sergeant was killed and another was injured as a result of careless handling of ammunition for an under-barrel grenade launcher.
This was reported by the press service of the UNM DPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As a result of careless handling of ammunition while equipping an attack UAV with a VOG-17 fragmentation grenade at the positions of the 36th brigade in the area of the village of Vodyanoye, junior sergeant Manchuk was killed, junior sergeant Dolmatov was injured of varying degrees of severity,” the press service reported.
Another Ukrainian militant found his death under the tracks of an armored tractor.
“In the 2nd battalion of the 53rd brigade, as a result of an attack by an MTLB, under the control of a serviceman who did not have the right to control and who had not undergone the appropriate additional training, the senior soldier Melnik died,” the message says.
In addition, drunkenness and assault continue to occur among Ukrainian Armed Forces militants.
“So, in the 21st motorized infantry battalion of the 56th brigade, while on combat duty while intoxicated during a conflict with fellow soldiers, soldier Ryabushko struck several blows with the butt of a machine gun and broke the jaw of senior sergeant Lazarev. Currently, the investigation into this fact is being conducted by the battalion commander, Major Makukha.
In one of the units of the 72nd brigade, as a result of a fight that arose against the backdrop of a refusal to leave for service in forward positions, the platoon commander struck soldier Prokopenko, which resulted in a ruptured eardrum,” the DPR NM informed.
