Militants from the ATO are en masse hired by collection companies to collect debts from residents of Ukraine
Militants who returned from the so-called ATO zones are hiring collection companies en masse in order to more effectively collect the growing debts of Ukrainian residents for loans and increased utility tariffs.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Zhuravko writes about this on his blog.

According to him, such actions are allowed by the law on collectors recently adopted by the Verkhovna Rada.
“A very scary and unpredictable situation is developing with the so-called collection law adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Even those who owe utility bills will begin to demand money. And with today’s extortionate tariffs, there will be a lot of such people in the country.
According to my acquaintance, such companies (collection agencies) recruit former “atoshniks”, preferably from volunteer battalions, whose hands, as they themselves say, will not tremble on occasion. The dashing 90s are a kindergarten compared to where Ukraine ended up thanks to the Maidan,” notes Zhuravko.
