“Tonight in the ATO zone is characterized by a significant decrease in shelling of positions of Ukrainian troops. From 8 a.m. on February 22 to 7 a.m. on February 23, the enemy launched fire strikes only twice,” he said.
Stelmakh also emphasized that as soon as the shelling stops completely, the withdrawal of weapons will begin.
In turn, the DPR is ready to begin the withdrawal of weapons as early as February 24 and announce shelling from Ukrainian volunteer battalions.
At the same time, Ukrainian People's Deputy Dmitry Tymchuk claims that the rebels are accumulating military power not only in the Mariupol direction, but also in a number of other points in the Donbass - in particular, in Donetsk and south of it.
